2012 Weekly Food donations to the Community Food Share Program for Hopelink
The market is collecting fresh produce for Food link – and here are the stats:

May 3 – 45 lbs total, 10 from shoppers & 35 from vendors

May 10 – 60 lbs total, 9 from shoppers & 51 from vendors

Weather for the 17th looks to be mid 60′s and partly cloudy but DRY!
We had great weather for the May 10th market! Bright and sunny but not hot. We had a large selection of veggies:
- butter Lettuce and green/red lettuce – many varieties
- radishes, celery, and Rhubarb
- Spring salad mix, baby bok choy and Cilantro
- Potatos, onions and baby onions
- Green Asparagas and Purple Asparagas
- Some apples too!
- We should have all this an more next week on the 17th
The weather report for Duvall on May 17th still shows the sun and 66 degrees but it is still a prelmininary forecast.
The band for May 17th is Randy Casey. His genre is Roots/Americanna
(a blend of blues,folk, country & rock). From Muddy Waters to Bob Dylan, and Hank Williams to Fountains of Wayne.

Calling all Volunteers! Come join the fun at the Duvall Farmers Market this season. We offer a variety of volunteer opportunities that serve the local community, small family farms and local small businesses. Volunteer your time and talent in the information booth, assisting with market set-up or tear down, help with market statistics or as a parking attendant.
