Vendor F.A.Q.
In general, armers, food processors, prepared food vendors, and artisans/crafters who produce their goods in Washington State are welcome to apply. Please review our vendor guidelines for more details.
Commercially manufactured goods, imported products, second-hand items (unless repurposed into new handmade goods), franchises, and products made outside of Washington State are not allowed.
Complete our vendor application. Applications are reviewed based on market needs, product balance, and compliance with Washington State Farmers Market Association (WSFMA) guidelines.
Reselling is only permitted under strict conditions. Vendors must be pre-approved and can only resell Washington-grown products that are not sufficiently available from other market farmers. All resold items must be clearly labeled with their farm of origin.
Vendors may accept cash, credit cards, and tokens for market-supported programs like SNAP/EBT. If applicable, details on market currency programs will be provided upon approval.
